Job Description

Prima Living Properties is hiring top-skilled Agents in Dubai, United Arab EmiratesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, analyzing their criteria, and finding suitable living spaces, Following this, you can negotiate with our buyers and make sure that they do the transaction. The entrepreneurial spirit will be the key to your success.Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and drive our buyers to close.
  • Advertise and market living spaces.
  • Finds and reaches out to new prospects.
  • Discover clients criteria and find living spaces that fit their criteria.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgage
  • Legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting. Promote sales of properties through advertisements open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
