Job Description

We are leading property management company managing self-owned assets. The portfolio includes retail , offices and apartments and include high end assets.The primary job responsibilities will include and shall not be limited to:

  • Coordinating and supervising day to day operations in all the properties including shopping Malls.
  • Follow up with vendors including security, cleaning, maintenance service providers.
  • Ensuring buildings operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet the requirements of company ,tenants and customers .
  • Manage tenant contractual compliances and rectify any non-compliance through official warning, lease contractual penalties, as required.
  • Handle all conflicts and dispute situations amongst tenants, customers, visitors in amicable manner.
  • Ensure regulatory compliances.
