We are hiring a property manager for a Dubai based Holiday Homes companyRequired to be a fluent english speaker with Arabic and Russian a plus.Must have 5 years of experience in Dubai in the real estate and/ or hospitality sector.? Attracting new tenants through advertising, airbnb, property viewings, and encouraging referrals.? Setting rates, negotiating and enforcing rates.? Addressing guest complaints and inspecting vacated units.? Contracting and supervising repairs and maintenance work.? Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.? Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.Compensation includes a competitive bonus scheme.The office is in the Onyx Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road
