We are seeking an Associate Property Manager to help manage and grow our portfolio of short-term rental properties.Role Overview:As an associate, you will play a key role in managing and expanding our portfolio of short-term rental apartments in Dubai. You will be a strategic partner, bringing your expertise to optimize operations and maximize revenue.Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties.
  • Ensure a premium guest experience by addressing their needs and expectations throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest communications, including inquiries, bookings, and troubleshooting during their trip.
  • Coordinate operational services such as cleaning, check-ins/check-outs, and maintenance.
  • Monitor property performance and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
Your Profile:
  • You are bilingual in French and English and currently reside in Dubai.
  • You have a strong background in property management, preferably in the short-term rental sector.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of Dubai?s real estate market and key tourist-friendly neighborhoods.
  • You are organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • You excel in relationship management and partnership building.
