Property ManagerJob Location : UAEMain Job Responsibilities :•Leasing of properties, both residential and commercial•Creating a network of brokers and agencies to ensure leasing clients•Liaison with Maintenance Contractors for the upkeep of properties•Liaison with local statutory to ensure compliance with local regulations•Handling legal issues in case of complaints, cheque bounce cases, etc.•Ensuring proper implementation and functioning of Property Management Systems to ensure all records are up to date and accurate•Ensuring timely renewal of existing tenancy contracts•Advise on property purchase development and sale for maintenance of a healthy asset portfolio•Advise on software to be used for managing up to-date information and flags regards to properties with regular reports•Increasing asset value and net incomeRequirements :•Any graduate, Masters Degree is required but not essential•7-8 years of experience in Property Management with a minimum of 4 years experience in Leasing/Sales in the UAE•Must have worked on a Property Management related software
