We are looking for a Property and Leasing Manager who will grow and oversee and the efficient management and operation of our company?s property portfolio. They will be responsible for maintaining the properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing rental income. The Property Manager will also play a crucial role in budgeting, marketing, and tenant acquisition.Responsibilities will include business development to drive the growth of the portfolio as well as the ongoing management of the existing portfolio.Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market including the related laws and procedures surrounding property management and leasing is essential. Ideal candidates will also have both local and international property management experience.
