Job Description

An award-winning Real Estate Firm in the industry for the past 13 years is seeking a Property Manager.Binayah Real Estate Brokers LLC has been experiencing tremendous success over the last 13 years and we are growing at a rapid rate.Responsibilities as Property Manager will include the following:

  • Setting set the right rent level to attract tenants to the property
  • Collecting Rents to ensure optimal cash flow by setting a date to collect rent each month and strictly enforcing late fees.
  • Adjusting Rent by a fixed percentage each year, according to individual state and/or municipal law, or decreasing the rent if it is necessary.
  • Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.
  • Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases; collecting security deposits.
  • Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
  • Supervising repairs and maintenance jobs.
  • Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
