Job Description

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, provide detailed property information, and answer client inquiries.
  • Understand clients? requirements and financial capabilities to propose suitable options.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, property values, and legal guidelines in Dubai.
  • Build and maintain a network of clients and real estate professionals.
  • Create and manage property listings, including writing descriptions and taking photographs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales, leases, and contracts.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing regular updates and support.
  • Participate in company meetings, training sessions, and team activities to support company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and industry trends.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
  • Valid UAE driver?s license is a plus.
