The Property Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day property consulting tasks, including providing excellent customer service and sales support for Sobha Realtys various luxury real estate projects. The Property Consultant will be working directly with clients to understand their needs, showcase the projects and opportunities, respond to queries and close deals.QualificationsExcellent consulting and sales skills to lead and drive client interactionsStrong communication and customer service skills to create trusting relationships with clientsExperience with luxury real estate to understand the industry trends, and have a broad networkExcellent problem-solving abilities to provide optimal solutions to clients needsA deep understanding of Dubais luxury real estate sector, local and international rules and regulations, local culture, geography, and demographicsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldThe following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:Proficiency in English and ArabicExperience working with high net worth individuals and VIP clientsKnowledge of CRM systems and tools
