Job Description

Job descriptionAs a Property Consultant at AND Luxury Properties, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy, sell, or invest in real estate properties across the UAE. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, conducting property evaluations, and facilitating property transactions. Your primary objective is to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to the success and growth of our real estate business.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients, both locally and internationally, to generate leads and build a strong client portfolio.
  • Property Evaluation: Conduct thorough market research and property assessments to determine accurate property values and market trends.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial goals. Provide expert guidance on property options that align with client requirements.
  • Property Marketing: Develop effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties, including creating property listings, utilizing online platforms, and conducting property showings.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate property deals, ensuring the best outcomes for clients while adhering to ethical business practices.
  • Documentation: Handle all legal and financial aspects of property transactions, including drafting contracts, agreements, and ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service, timely communication, and ongoing support.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the UAE real estate market trends, property laws, and regulations to provide clients with accurate information and advice.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • UAE Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and tools.
  • Valid UAE drivers license (preferred).
