Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complex world of real estate.˙You will be responsible for advising and guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting processes, ensuring their satisfaction and success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property market research to stay updated on current trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Identify and present suitable properties to clients based on their criteria and budget.
  • Guide clients through property viewings, providing detailed information, and addressing their questions and concerns.

  • Prepare and oversee all necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements.
  • Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and financing options to provide accurate information and advice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, appraisers, and other professionals to facilitate smooth property transactions.
  • Continuously build and expand your network to generate leads and referrals.
