Job Roles and Responsibilities:? Responsible in assisting sellers on how to promote the company s properties to attract advantageous offers.? Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques and evaluate the clients desires, economic capabilities to come up with appropriate suggestions.? Provide information regarding legal rates, specifications and property availability within the region.? Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers to ensure good conduct and honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding at all times.? Appraise the value of the company s properties by researching the market or past purchases.Job Requirements:? At least 2-3 years working experience in UAE, preferably in Dubai Real Estate brokerage?
