  • Manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives
  • Achieve revenue targets through active resale, leasing, and lead generation
  • Create and maintain a positive, competitive culture to drive high-performance
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with Sales Managers to support their development and drive results
  • Work closely with management to ensure a clear plan for development
