Property Consultant

  • work with clients to help them find new homes or commercial spaces that meet their needs.
  • responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a property once it has been purchased.
  • overseeing maintenance issues, ensuring that rent is paid on time, etc.
  • looking after the on-site property sales process for a company such as a property developer.
  • setting up and maintaining show homes, handling enquiries from potential buyers and producing reports based on sales data.
  • assisting investors and buyers to take appropriate decisions regarding property purchase.
  • contact the clients through calls and email to offer them consultancy services.
