Job Description

We are expert in properties, a real estate brokerage company based in Dubai and we are looking for experienced property consultants who can join our team immediately.Qualifications:

  • Specialize in assisting investors and buyers to take appropriate decisions regarding property purchase.
  • Conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability.
  • Evaluate the requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs.
  • Give clients recommendations and advice on choice properties to invest in.
  • Assist investors in making purchase of properties that meet their requirements.
  • Able to develop and implement strategies effective for increasing the worth of a property.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills.
  • Clear and Effective communication skills.
  • High motivation
  • RERA Broker card is a plus!
  • Arabic and Russian Speakers are welcome to apply.
