Job Description :Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive mannerAssist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenantsPromote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniquesEvaluate clients requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentationsProvide accurate information on the different features of propertiesValidate application information and referencesNegotiate leasing terms and complete agreementsKeep abreast of the property market statusEnsure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodicallyJob Requirements :Work experience in the Real Estate for a minimum of 2 years.Good knowledge in lease and sales (off plan projects & ready properties).Strong negotiation and communication skills both oral and written.Holder of valid UAE driving licenseRERA license is a plusMust be computer literate.Able to assist clients in finding properties, documentation and processing.General understanding of Dubai's property market and current trends.Interested candidates can apply with your resume.
