Job Description

We are looking for a Property Manager with experience in managing short-term rentals, especially on platforms such as Airbnb, to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the local real estate sector and a deep understanding of the dynamics of the short-term rental market. Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of tax procedures in the UAE, including VAT management and business registration.
  • Experience in preparing and issuing company invoices in compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Familiarity with Dubai?s government portals for property or business-related operations (e.g., DED, RERA, Dubai REST, Emaratax, etc.).
  • Ability to manage administrative deadlines and ensure compliance with corporate and fiscal regulations.
