Property AdvisorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai?Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process?Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients?Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends in Dubai?Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other industry professionals?Manage contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions?Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunitiesRequirements:?At least 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales in Dubai?Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills?Ability to work independently and in a team environment?Proven track record of achieving sales targets?A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage?Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
