Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records related to property operations.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, rent collections, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
  • Coordinate with property managers and vendors for financial transactions.
Preference:
  • Experience with SAP or Salesforce.
  • Candidates on a family visa.
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management accounting.
