Job Description

Purpose of the Job:To operate, maintain and repair Aggreko equipment as per work instructions in accordance with Aggreko standards.Key Responsibilities:? Carry out A service maintenance as per work instruction on Aggreko generators.? Carry out major maintenance as per work instruction on Aggreko generators.? Carry out systematic fault finding and repairs on mechanical equipment including DC control circuits.? Carry out Aggreko Health Checks and associated adjustments.? Carry out procedural based failure reporting using paper and electronic systems.? Carry out On the Job Training for service crew.? Complete and maintain paper and electronic records as per site specifics? Operate the Aggreko service mobility system.? Operate, diagnose Aggreko generator controllers.? Issue non- AC electrical permit to work .? Assist with the installation and demobilisation of Aggreko equipment.? Adhere to Global Service Centre Standards (GSCS) within working environment at all times.? Displays a commitment to Operational Excellence activities.? Any other duties considered related essential for effective operations and service as requested.Person Specification? Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or acceptable equivalent qualifications/experience? Has knowledge and experience in Electrical field? Availability to travel as and when required? Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business? Site/Depot based job requiring both technical and manual work to be conducted in all weather and terrainDesired Skills? 1 - 3 years relevant experience? Proficiency in local language? Basic level of technical knowledge relating to the job role and its associated activities? Able to complete engineering tasks set but may require guidance and support from others to achieve them? Able to acquire the desired results in all associatted training provided by Aggreko? Able to make straight forward decisions relating to own work activity but regular supervision is required? Able to communicate technical knowledge to others relating to the job role and associated activities when?? Acts responsibly toward own HSE responsibilities across own work activities and supports others in maintainingHSE standards? High level of commitment and loyalty?
