Job Description

This position will be responsible for a broad range of functions, including, but not limited to:

  • Process, coordinate, and track project orders & documentation.
  • Monitor and track sales enquiries and sales pipeline.
  • Support the projects sales team and coordinate sales order pricing, deliveries, and logistics.
  • Manage inter-departmental coordination for projects.
  • Ensure prompt communication with customers and resolve queries on timely basis.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, requirements, and strategy implementation.
  • Organize, attend, minute and follow-up team meetings.
  • Maintain and update CRM as required.
  • Generate reports & forecasts.
