Projects ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEResponsibilities :•Oversee the execution of joinery works on multiple construction sites, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.•Coordinate with the joinery factory team to ensure timely production and delivery of materials required on-site.•Work closely with site teams to interpret and implement joinery designs accurately, ensuring consistency with project specifications.•Manage daily on-site operations for joinery installations, including monitoring worker activities and troubleshooting any issues that arise.•Maintain clear communication between on-site teams and the factory to align on production schedules, delivery timelines, and any design modifications.•Conduct regular site inspections to ensure joinery works meet quality standards and project requirements.•Address any discrepancies or adjustments required between factory-produced joinery components and on-site structures.•Report project progress, challenges, and updates to senior management, keeping them informed on project milestones and resource needs.•Coordinate with quality assurance teams to perform inspections and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.Qualifications :•Bachelors Degree in Engineering•4 years of experience in UAE as Joinery Projects Manager, managing multiple projects at once.
