  • Prepare timely quotations and invoices for client billing.
  • Coordinate cargo collection with clients suppliers and arrange suitable shipment options.
  • Follow up with overseas offices for freight rates, booking, and shipment updates.
  • Activate shipments and prepare necessary shipping documents, including import and export permits for customs declarations.
  • Monitor shipment status daily, provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders, attend clients shipment status meetings, coordinate tender preparations with local and overseas offices, and prepare internal project costs and monthly profit and loss reports per shipment.
