Job PurposeJob PurposeResponsible for managing the roll out of the new Retail Re-imagined program of work across Emirates Commercial out stations for implementation and adoption of new Retail Re-imagined concept. Manage internal and external stakeholders.Job Accountabilities- Responsible for a dynamic portfolio of projects across Emirates Commercial from inception to successful implementation and adoption. Manage internal and external stakeholders including customers and vendors.- Manages a number of strategic business projects across Emirates Commercial out station in compliance with practices, standards and processes defined by departmental and corporate PMO guidelines.- Organises multiple projects/ priorities by breaking down into project plan assessing how much effort a particular task or project is going to take and assigns resources accordingly.- Leads, inspires and motivates diverse and cross-functional team members, assesses performance, and coaches / supports them. Acts as an SME and supports, coaches and develops others across the company.- Provides insight in the project area and pulls together best practices and SMEs to help drive solutions to problems.- Identifying, supporting and delivering business process improvement opportunities and facilitating subsequent change management activities.- Reviews strategic project portfolio providing insights on progress and performance to enable management.- Support EK Retail with Analytics by defining relevant metrics, KPIs and reports that are action orientated and can drive incremental revenue, reduce cost or improve customer experience.- Lead, collate and analyse data generated from the Retail stores and generate statistical and financial reports in order to provide feedback to the Retail team on the achieved targets.Qualifications & ExperienceQualificationsIn quantitative discipline such as business administrations / IT /engineering / economics / sciences (preferred)ExperienceCommercial Sales/RetailKnowledge/skills- Certification in Lean and/or Six Sigma is a plus- Professional experience: 6-8 years in project management, business improvement or productivity, management consultancy, or technology- Ability to quickly grasp new business concepts, understand organizational issues and challenges and understand dependencies across businesses- Strong ability to facilitate dialogue and influence a range of stakeholders at all levels- Advanced Planning and Organizing Skills- Advanced Communication Skills- Advanced Data Collection and Analysis Skills- Proficient Writing Skills- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Change implementation planning and management- Project management skills- Awareness of the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI) to support rapid prototyping within EK Retail AnalyticsSalary & BenefitsJoin us in Dubai and enjoy an attractive tax-free salary and travel benefits that are exclusive to our industry, including discounts on flights and hotels stays around the world.
