We, as one of the leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai, is urgently looking for Project Site Engineer who can join immediately.•Compliance with requirements and documentation needed in ongoing projects•Ensures that the project is well administered in an efficient manner•Project planning and site inspections and finishing works•Coordination with Engineers, contractors, sub-contractors and management•Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and requirements specifications.•Handle high rise building projects•Track the progress of projects against established timelines and milestones, identifying any deviations or delays.REQUIREMENTS:•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent•Proven experience in Finishing execution and fit-out•Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer or similar role.•Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•7+ years Dubai Experience in a High-Rise buildings•Can Join Immediately•Dubai Municipality Certificates (optional)Job Type: Full TimeJob Location: JVC, Dubai Company Profile Naseeb Group of Holdings is an association of companies all owned by the Naseeb family.
