Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in Dubai. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of our projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and collaborating with project managers and teams to achieve project milestones.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, identifying critical path activities and potential schedule risks.
  • Monitor and update project schedules to reflect progress, delays, and changes.
  • Communicate schedule updates and potential risks to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Analyze schedule performance and recommend adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Assist in resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal project execution.
  • Generate reports and visual representations of project schedules for presentations.
  • Support the development of project budgets and cost tracking as needed.
