Project Sales CoordinatorJob Location : DubaiResponsibilities:?Understanding Technical Details of Sanitary Wares and Plumbing.?Preparing Proposal Quotations for Sanitary Ware and Tiles.?Preparing Technical Submittals and Qualification documents.?Responsible, Accurate and well organized person.?Supporting sales representative and coordinate sales-related activities.?Complying all the specified products against our proposal.?Making the company?s products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.?Check data accuracy in orders and invoices, Process orders.?Arranging the Procurement, Logistics and Deliveries till finish of the project.?Handling urgent calls, messages and emails of the client, answering client queries and informing about the details of the order or queries.?Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.Requirements:?Previous experience in Sanitary Wares/Building Materials is a PLUS.?Proven 2-3 years work experience as a Sales Administrator/Coordinator.?Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).?Excellent written and verbal communication skills.?Strong organizational and time management skills.?Ability to work independently with minimal supervision?Willing to dig-in and continually learn new things and build knowledge base.Salary will be discussed.Duty timings: Mon to Fri, 09:00-18:00Company provides: Visa, Health Insurance, 30 leave days/year.Return ticket to home destination, reasonable salary, opportunity for career growth.
