? Plan projects and track the updates of projects with project engineers? Assist in preparation of prequalification documents/submittals? Liase between intercompany departments and client regarding project updates/site activities? Monitoring of preparation of Site Visit Reports on completion of Site Visits by Concerned Engineers ? Maintaining all relevant registers/logs updated? Raise Purchase requisition in the absence of engineers or as instructed by HOD? Monitor procurement tracking & material delivery follow up by purchase/logistics department? Follow up on all client-engineer communication and ensure appropriate action from engineers within timeline? Receipt and verification of materials physically in stores coordinating with engineer.? Coordinate with HR dept. for leave applications, Medical bills etc (as and when required)? Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls (as and when required)? Attending & registering trading sales enquiries ? Preparation of sales quotations following company procedure and regular follow up on all trading/ direct enquiries? Monitor sales engineer activities and client meetings? Make necessary arrangement for internal/external meetings and take minutes of meeting? Monitor office supply inventory including stationery and place order as and when required
