Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading cost consultancy Saudi. Client is increasing their projects in the region and require a very strong and professional person to lead the Quantity Surveying team. The successful candidate has considerable experience in a Consultancy environment and has been involved in large building projects in the Middle East.Key duties will include:

  • Preparing financial reports
  • Preparing estimates of works
  • Assisting in the procurement of subcontractors measurements and payment of subcontractors
  • Preparing and submitting cost plans
  • Cost reporting/ forecasting
  • Post-tender analysis
  • Preparing bills of quantities
  • Cost managing live projects
  • Procurement
  • Subcontract analysis and final account settlements
