Job Description

  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with suitable vendors and contractors for smooth advancement of a project.
  • Implement the best practices to approach and finish a construction project as per the set economic plan.
  • Develop a systematic report on price estimates of different materials for a specific project.
  • Import project drawings into PlanSwift and set the scale to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Perform digital takeoffs by measuring quantities such as areas, lengths, and volumes directly from the drawings.
