Qualification:QS engineering with minimum of 2 years of experience in various Fitout projects. This position will be responsible for the estimation (qunaitity surveying, bill of qunaitity) part of the Fitout project especailly the finishing, civil, and related scope of work. Reports to the manger about the variations of the overall projects, in terms of time schedule, quantities, client approvals.DutiesResponsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scopeDefine more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types
