Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives in the Sui Blockchain domain, particularly focusing on the Move programming language. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technology and project management, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of blockchain projects using the Move programming language.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, budget, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare periodic status reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and resolve issues that may impede project success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with blockchain protocols and standards, promoting best practices throughout the project.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all project team members to ensure collaboration and transparency.
  • Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
