As a growing technology company, Kodsmith Infospica is looking to on-board a full-time Project Coordinator with experience in handling Software Projects ? Websites & Web Applications, Mobile Applications, E-Commerce and Allied Digital Projects. Profound Understanding of SDLC, Business Analysis and Project Documentation are mandatory. Profiles with programming experience (in any popular language) will be given weightage.Job Description: * Function as a Technical Liaison between Client, Project Development Team and other stake holders. * Develop Project Strategies, Define, Maintain and Monitor Project plans, project schedules and ensure quality delivery. * Assess project risks / issues and proactively offer solutions when required. * Organize and Attend Stakeholder meetings and document and follow up actions and decisions. * Preparing necessary presentation materials, documentation support for Pre-Sales, Sales & Project Meetings. * Follow Strict Adherence to Change Management Policies. * Offer Administrative Support. * Research Solutions & Technical Models. * Ensure projects follow predefined standards and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. * Offer User Trainings and First Level of Support. * Document and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. * Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. * Build Efficient, Testable, and Reusable Processes. * Good knowledge of Relational Databases, Version Control Tools and of developing web services and processes. * Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas. * Knowledge and Experience of Best practices definitions. * Highly Adaptable.
