Project Manager - Procore Construction Management Software

Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with experience using Procore Construction Management Software and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and local building codes, as well as compliance with UAE-specific standards and regulations. The successful candidate will be punctual, well-dressed, and possess strong local knowledge.Role Responsibilities & Tasks:•Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.•Utilize Procore Construction Management Software to manage project documentation, schedules, and communication.•Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and deliverables.•Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.•Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards, specifically within the UAE.•Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.•Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial tracking.•Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as planned and in compliance with safety and quality standards.•Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.•Foster strong relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution.•Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.•Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.Required Skills:•Proficiency in Procore Construction Management Software.•Strong leadership and team management skills.•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.•Effective communication and interpersonal skills.•In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the UAE.•Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.•Punctuality and professional appearance.•Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.•Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.•Proficiency in project management tools and software.•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Required Education & Experience:•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.•Project Management certification.•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management roles.•At least 2 years of experience working in the UAE.•Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects with adherence to UAE-specific compliance and standards.•Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE contract law.•Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.•Valid UAE driving license.Preferred Qualifications:•Masters degree in Construction Management or a related field.•Experience with sustainability and green building practices.
