Nair Systems is currently looking for Project Manager for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions. Skills & Experience:? 10-15 Years of experience? PMP Certification is a mustwith additional certification in Agile methodologies (Optional)Role Purpose:? Lead the planning, design, testing, and implementation of risk management projects for systems that typically affect many users? Gather detailed requirements from Risk Management team for large scale projects and/or enhancements to existing products.? Ability to work directly with Business units to develop user requirements and report specifications? Interface with IT infrastructure teams, departmental SME?s and Project teams to ensure that business requirements are met within a software package.? Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior stakeholders? Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project? Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project? Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities? Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required? Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project? Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality? Execute the adhoc instructions or provide flexibility within ethical and professional standards from line manager to achieve any exceptional business objectives, Internal IT Objectives related to bank?s group including international expansion.? Maintain project artifacts and required documents in EPM & KIPLOT as per bank?s PMM methodology? Involved in multiple assignments encompassing new product introductions, vendor selection and contract preparation & renewal processes? Tightly manage any deviations from the agreed project timeline and budget, ensuring early notification to the project steering committee of potential deviations and applicable necessary remedial actions? Conforms to and advocates Bank?s project management standards and processes? Prepare Investment Analysis Report, Change Requests, EPM updates, Vendor contract renewals and other necessary documents? Review vendor SOW, SLA?s, quotations, procurement requests, invoices and obtain necessary approvals to process LPO?sKey Accountabilities of the role Project Management? Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality and scope? Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables? Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs? Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.Business Analysis? Facilitate to document user requirements in artifacts as per bank?s standards.? Ability to use visual tools like MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, EPM, KIPLOT to describe/illustrate the customer/business requirements.? Conduct gap analysis on ?as-is? - ?to-be? features in the system.? Map the product features with the business requirements.? Conduct comparative study between vendors providing similar solutionsCommunication? Attend all the team meetings, one to one meetings to have a high level of communication culture.? Timely response to email, tasks assigned and effective follow up with various stakeholders.? Prepare tasks status reports and submit to stakeholders on timely basis.Documentation / Process Ownership? The incumbent is responsible take ownership, maintain & update documented processes or documentation related to his job function. In the event where processes or documentation are shared, the incumbent shall be responsible to inform the owner of any document about required changes or improvements.People & Attendance? Co-operate with the team members in a cohesive and professional manner and practice good attendance habits and maintain the reporting hierarchy in all matters.? The incumbent should adhere to working hours which might require to work for extended hours depending on job nature and task assigned.Information Security? Maintain information security related to Bank, throughout the period of employment.? As soon as possible, report any potential or actual risks or incidents affecting the security of information to the helpdesk. Maintain Risk Free/control IT environment at Bank.Previous experience required (if any)? Typically 10-15 years as Project Manager/Scrum Master with atleast 3 years in Risk Management domain in reputed organization; have had responsibility for a numerous successful projects (delivered on time, meeting client requirements, with high team satisfaction), including some complex projects, and projects involving a number of project staff and clients? Candidates with project management experience in Implementing Credit Solutions (Algo Credit Manager Implementations) would be given priority.? PMP Certification is a must with additional certification in Agile methodologies (Optional)? Should have experience in implementing finance risk applications in areas of credit, market and operational risk areas? Experience is regulatory reporting is added advantage ? Market Risk, IFRS9, ICAAP and other Central Bank regulatory projectsLanguage Required? English: Must ?
