Responsible for managing a project through the project life cycle. (planning to close out) Overall leadership of the project team ensuring safely, timeliness, and to-cost delivery of the projects.
Responsible to ensure the delivered products meet the needs of the stakeholders, both internal and external.
Directs the project planning, design; construction and approval processes.
Runs the project schedule and negotiates interdependencies.
Co-ordinates with all parties involved with the project; internal departments, consultants and contractors.
Conducts the project management plan ensuring stakeholders are considered.
Monitors progress against targets and solves complex issues between stakeholders.
Manages project budgets and reports progress against budget.
Creates and reviews (Request for Proposal) RFP documents and coordinate with all stakeholders then assesses the investors proposals
Customizing the Project briefs, technical scope of work and preliminary Concept plan requirements for the land masses for all developments.
Ensuring that the service delivery required from other Departments (i.e. Planning & Development, Procurement) is on time and as per project needs.
Keeps management updated on the technical aspects of development and drives the service providers to deliver as per agreements
Coordination with all departments on all technical requirements and delivery
Oversee the delivery of projects according to agreed time frames
Resolves and coordinate with relevant service providers such as Operations, on technical, engineering and maintenance requirements
Coordinate with the procurement department and work within their framework.
