Black & Grey HR is hiring for a luxury retail fit-out company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing and ensuring a flawless project implementation within the quality standards of the company in terms of execution, lead-time and client servicing.<br /><br />- Review BOQ and Drawings set to ensure both are matching, raise variations if any<br />- Prepare detailed retro-planning (MS projects) showing all construction phases in line with the client timeline.<br />- Daily communication and update with clients and/or consultants<br />- Daily tracking of site progress and internal update<br />- Supervise, with the help of admin team, all documents submissions to authorities and malls for required approvals prior site mobilization.<br />- Planning of site mobilization and optimization with the help of and Project engineers<br />- Anticipate and follow up on required inspections during projects progress with the help of and Project engineers<br />- Ensuring perfect client handover within the given timeline<br />- Preparation of complete handover set<br />- Ensuring perfect service to new and existing clients - Build long terms relationships with new and existing clients, vendors and internal teams<br />- Identify any weaknesses (if any) and define new internal processes to increase the efficiency of internal operations.<br />- To support sub-contractors by selecting and evaluating the right partners on new markets (KSA, Qatar, Bahrain) as well as monitoring and controlling their performance together with and site engineers.<br />- Protect organization value by keeping strict confidentiality of company information<br /><br />Requirements- Bachelors degree with Minimum 10+ Years of Experience in high end Retail projects.<br />- Team management and managing many projects parallelly to ensure smooth execution, timely completion, quality deliverables and client satisfaction.<br />-Experience in multiple Luxury Retail Projects is a must.<br />- Excellent portfolio of previous works.<br />- Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast project requirements.<br />- Manage and produce accurate formal reports according to business timetable<br />- Organizing weekly review meetings of the in-house project team and sorting out all collaboration issues.<br />- Maintaining the quality of all the documents with the required level of detailing at each stage.<br />- Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.<br />- IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Projects.<br /><br /><br />BenefitsAttractive Salary + Benefits<br /><br />
