Job Description

Our client is a˙renowned global construction and project management firm˙providing comprehensive development and building solutions on a worldwide scale.˙We are seeking a highly qualified˙Professional Kitchen Project Manager˙to join their team and lead the technical coordination of our installation projects.Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and technical coordination of kitchen installation projects.
  • Lead and facilitate various design activities and projects across the GCC region.
  • Manage project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Prepare material specifications and Detailed Bills of Quantity for equipment.
  • Develop and exhaust flow rate requirements.
  • Attend weekly progress meetings with clients and main contractors, providing updates on project status.
  • Review custom fabrication drawings and supplier specifications for client approval.
  • Support sales by providing input on value engineering and specification details.
  • Resolve installation issues at project sites due to unexpected changes.
  • Assist technicians during testing and commissioning, keeping clients updated on progress.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project profitability.
