? Leads the planning and implementation of a project. ? Responsible for making a project schedule as per the agreed terms with client. ? Organizes / assigns production team to a specific project. ? Manages day to day operational aspects of a project. ? Manages the production team to achieve project objectives. ? Coordinates with contractors / sub-contractors for the flawless execution of a project. ? Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. ? Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate variation techniques. ? Monitors and reports on progress of the project to the management. ?
