The ideal candidate must be more than 5?years experienced in UAE with hands-on knowledge of methodologies & Execution works for Interior Fit Outs. We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who can lead a team of 2-3 Site Engineers under him.??Responsibilities:?? Thorough with technical know how?s & execution methodologies for all types of Interior Fit-Outs and .? Prepare, Control & Monitor project timeline.? Day to day project correspondence including design, project management & execution.? Monitor project deliverables and generate weekly reports towards cost & time.? He/She should be able to foresee risks and revert with mitigation solutions.? He/She should be able to deliver quality finishing in agreed cost and time.? Should have a good vendor base in terms of urgent and important works.? Flexible and Adaptable to respective project situations.? Should be able to handle pressure timelines.? Should be able to generate BOQ?s, Cash Flow Statements & Related Documentations.
