We are seeking a Project Manager (Infrastructure and Public Realm) in Dubai, UAE.Responsibilities: The Project Manager will be involved in both the pre-tender and post-tender stages of the project. It is imperative that the Project Manager is involved at the early stages of design. Pre-tender stage: Participating in all meetings and workshops related to design deliverablesParticipating in Client/PMC Coordination meetings and drafting of minutes of meetingParticipating in Client Stakeholder Coordination/Alignment meetingsParticipating in the Master Plan Phasing meetingsContribution in the preparation of the Master ProgramContribution in the preparation of the projects SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)Contribution in the preparation of the projects Risk RegisterDrafting of tender Expression of Interest documentsDrafting of tender Project Initiation DocumentsAssist in prequalifying the Main Contractor(s) and subcontractor(s)Preparation of tender Bidder ListsReviewing and verifying the tender documents in terms of design intent and completenessManaging the tender queries and post tender clarification?s responsesManaging the various procurement stages in collaboration with the client?s procurement department
