Project Manager - FitoutJob Location : Dubai, UAERequirements:•Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Masters Degree is a plus).•Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out project management in the UAE/GCC region.•Proven experience in delivering large-scale commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.•In-depth knowledge of project management principles, contracts, and local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, etc.).•Strong leadership, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.•Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6/MS Project), AutoCAD, and MS Office.•PMP certification is an added advantage.•UAE Driving License is mandatory.
