Project Manager – FitoutJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage full project lifecycle from tender to completion•Coordinate with stakeholders: clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors•Prepare and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets•Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulations•Conduct regular site visits, quality checks, and progress reporting•Oversee material procurement and manpower allocation•Ensure timely project delivery and effective risk management•Manage project documentation and handoverRequirements :•Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline•5–7 years of experience in UAE fit-out project management•Strong knowledge of local authority approvals (e.g., DM, DCD, Trakhees)•Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)•Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills•UAE Driving License preferred
