Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager specializing in Facade, Aluminium, and Glazing work to oversee and manage projects in this specific field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, particularly in the facades and glazing industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, quality assurance, risk management, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within the defined timelines and quality standards.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Create and manage project schedules, track progress, and identify potential risks or delays.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
  • Prepare project budgets, estimates, and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor project expenses, control costs, and implement necessary measures to keep the project within budget.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Resource Allocation:
  • Identify and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and equipment.
  • Manage and supervise onsite personnel, including subcontractors and construction crews.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any deviations or non-compliance issues.
Communication and Reporting:
  • Establish effective communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including financial summaries, progress reports, and risk assessments, to management and clients.
