Project Manager - CivilJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Plan, organize, and manage all phases of civil engineering projects including infrastructure, roads, bridges, commercial/residential buildings, water systems, and site development.•Lead project planning sessions and manage day-to-day operations across multiple construction sites.•Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.•Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules.•Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.•Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, legal, and quality standards and regulations.•Monitor project progress and adjust work as needed to meet deadlines and quality requirements.•Manage project risks, resolve issues, and implement mitigation plans.•Track financial performance and ensure cost control.•Lead project meetings and report on project status to clients and management.•Supervise and mentor project team members and subcontractors.•Ensure accurate documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and close-out reports.Qualifications and Skills:•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (Masters preferred).•Professional Engineering (PE) license or PMP certification (optional but preferred).•Proven experience in civil construction project management.•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.•Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or similar).•Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.•Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under pressure.•Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
