Our client is now recruiting for a Project Manager - Business ExcellenceJob Purpose:To add value to the MRM Business Excellence Awards programs run by the company in the UAE and across the GCC region, starting from accurate end-to-end projects management, to achieving time bound top quality deliverables according to the project management standards, parameters, and objectives assigned by the companyResponsibilities:Project Development and Implementation? Support in the design, development and implementation of Business Excellence projects/ initiatives and enhance their impact on the business community in general, in collaboration with other departments within the company to foster the culture and the best practice of business excellence and innovation in the region, and sustain Dubai?s position as a leading role model.? Contribute to project related data collection with respect to customer feedback, and recommend refinements/enhancements to existing offering for consideration by management.Program Planning and Execution? Ensure efficient project management and execution plans to meet the objectives of the business excellence programs and company?s goals.? Ensure an accurate budgeting and purchasing/sourcing to optimize project outcomes.Communication Management? Ensure maintaining accurate communication with the concerned participants and stakeholders of the MRM Award programs, and delivery of key messages in a consistent and integrated manner to achieve the desired impact / objectives, according to the set communication plans, standards, and guidelines.Stakeholder Management? Ensure a sound relationship with key stakeholders and entities (local, national, and international) to achieve smooth execution of projects/ programs, and ongoing nurturing of mutual benefits.Event Management? Design and implement top notch company?s Business Excellence Awards conferences, seminars, workshops and award ceremony events and all of their marketing collaterals, and participate and represent the company, when and where as necessary, to promote the Award programs.Internal Collaboration? Support in maintaining effective internal collaboration with other departments as necessary in order to maximize synergies, opportunities and results pertaining to MRM Award program overall cycles.
