Job Description

Project Manager - Business Development & Leasing Position Descriptionthe post main objective is to conduct main responsibilities related to leasing the Knowledge Funds assets and facilitates all related functions to this objective from generating new leads to executing and maintaining leases.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing all leasing activities such as attracting new leads, vetting prospective tenants, and leasing negotiations
  • Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with tenants/prospect tenants
  • Determining the needs, experiences, and economic viability of prospect tenants
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
  • Analysing and developing financial models as needed
  • Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Developing growth strategies and plans Providing effective administrative support and carrying all other duties as required such as (Monitoring arrears, implementing the essential documentation for the completion of activities such as leases, renewals, and quarterly construction reports, properly executing all terms of a lease and taking necessary steps in the case of a defaulting tenant, ?..)Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Relationship Management (the role would be interacting with our clients, investors, and other stakeholders like KHDA, RTA, Dubai Municipality, Executive Council of Dubai, etc?)
  • Business Development (focus on Real Estate assets, especially on the optimum utilization of land banks)
  • Ability to strategize and develop annual utilization plans for the land bank
  • Negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Research oriented
  • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
  • Strong networking skills
  • Project Management
  • Ability to Build financial models and analyse financial records are preferred
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven working experience for 5 - 7 in Leasing / Business Development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English
