Minimum 5 Years of IT Project Management Experience & minimum 3-4 years in managing software projects preferably in automation or digital for customers.Position Summary:? Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects. ? Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects.? Reviews deliverables across projects.? Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with a methodology to ensure successful execution of projects ? Minimizes Intertec exposure to risk across multiple projects.Role Description:? Define, scope, and lead applicable Digital projects, undertaking all aspects of the planning process and maintain plus manage detailed plans throughout the project lifecycle, taking account of dependencies ? Capture and translate business requirements effectively, acting as liaison conduit to more technical partners and resources. ? Ensure resource availability and allocation? Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.? To help clarify the scope and requirements of the project for their team? Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of the project.? Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.? Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.? Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.? Identify and mitigates risk across projects.? Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.? Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.? Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.? Conducting a post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.? Apply agile and LEAN principles to drive simplification and automation.? Able to balance and execute multiple projects and demonstrate a sense of urgency to deliver on-time and on-budget
