Project ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Lead the overall planning, coordination, and control of multiple or large-scale fit-out projects.•Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.•Manage project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.•Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.•Oversee all technical and engineering aspects, leveraging civil engineering expertise.•Manage project procurement, resource allocation, and risk management.•Ensure the highest standards of quality control and health & safety are maintained.•Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.Qualifications & Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.•Minimum 8 years of UAE experience, specifically within the fit-out industry.•Proven track record of successfully managing interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, etc.).•Strong financial acumen with experience in cost control and budgeting.•Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.•Immediate joining availability is preferred.Compensation & Benefits:•Salary: AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.•Company-provided car.•Other benefits as per UAE labor law and company policy.
