Project ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Plan, execute, and deliver civil construction projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.•Supervise and coordinate the work of engineers, site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.•Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.•Review and approve project designs, drawings, and technical documents.•Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.•Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.•Prepare progress reports and present project status to senior management.•Ensure quality assurance and adherence to industry standards.Qualifications & Requirements :•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).•Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a contracting company.•Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction methodologies, and building codes.•Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.•PMP certification is an advantage.
